Mr Injector UK has been working in petrol injector diagnostics and restoration for the past 30 years. We are one of the oldest Asnu facilities.

This is a service to your four 0280150036 injectors.

They are descaled and all components are removed. They are then pre flow tested, leak tested and inductance tested, ultrasonically cleaned, backflushed to remove debris and old fuel residue, then final flow tested.

Once the flow and delivery patterns have been restored, they are acid-etched, hot bake painted and fitted with all new parts including the new Aramid reinforced hose. The service kit is an extra cost separate to the service charge.

This hose is the only fuel hose to use now due to rising ethanol content in today's fuels. Using any other type of high-pressure hose could compromise your classic vehicle with leaks or unfortunately engine fires. Our hose is 100% ethanol proof and is used in the aerospace and aviation industry.

Disclaimer:

The older style Bosch EV1 series injectors do not store on a shelf for long periods of time after service, they must be installed back into the fuel environment as soon as possible. We will not accept any responsibility for injectors that jam or stick installed months after they have been serviced so please organise the service time close to the time of reinstalling.
