Fuel injector seal kit for 4 cylinder TFSi FSi Ford, Alfa, Bosch injector ref: 0261500 series.
 

The upper seals are made of Viton, with higher rating hardness than standard port injectors' seals - 95shA - to deal with the higher pressure.
 

We now include our new all-metal, free-flowing filter baskets in all high-pressure seal kits. The original fitted filters seem to dissolve, including the plastic cage, causing serious injector blockage, we think due to fuel additives and the extremely high pressure. Unfortunately, if left, the particles of the previously installed filters are then pushed down inside the injector pintle causing issues with flow or even blocking flow completely. Fortunately, if changed early enough you can stop this happening by replacing them with our all-metal, free-flowing filters. These are great to use with Ethanol and Methanol fuel types as they have no reaction to alcohol.

4 x Viton 95 Shore rated upper rail seals

4 x Lower Teflon bushes

I had 2 kits from Mr Injector , arrived very rapidly- Thankyou - , the seals and baskets fitted perfectly. My car is running really sweetly again. I did the DIY nozzle check with spray cans of carb cleaner , and a sonic bath . Found 2 to be leaking , but I had spares . Tested all used the best 6 . Excellent hassle free service. Serviced 6 forty year old Bosch petrol injectors and all working well.
