High pressure fuel injector hose 11.5mm id x 18.5mm od.

This size is used for feed and return pipe work and around where the pump meets the tank.

 

Cut in lengths of 250mm because of its cost, if you need 500mm just increase quantity to 2 and so on.

We have a hose make up service for these pipes which can swage new ferrules to pipes should you require, please ask for prices.

 

This hose is used in the aerospace and aviation industry, it conforms to DIN 73379-3E.

It is 100% ethanol resistant, making it the only hose you must use for replacement in your vehicle, it's expensive but it's the right stuff.

UK fuel levels of ethanol are already at 10%

Do not forget about the other older polyester reinforced hose that is still on your car, check and replace all the hoses from the tank to the feed and the return.

We stock hose lose on the roll cut to length, various sizes available.

 

The 7.3mm ID is used in all Master Injector UK overhaul kits, we also stock 9.3mm ID and 11.5mm ID to allow you to change all the hoses around the engine including the feed and return lines as these must not be forgotten when changing your injector hoses.

I had 2 kits from Mr Injector , arrived very rapidly- Thankyou - , the seals and baskets fitted perfectly. My car is running really sweetly again. I did the DIY nozzle check with spray cans of carb cleaner , and a sonic bath . Found 2 to be leaking , but I had spares . Tested all used the best 6 .
